Rob Franek, Editor-in-Chief of The Princeton Review, Offers Presentation

When it comes to choosing the right college, it can be challenging to navigate the seemingly endless options and factors that go into make the best choice. Rob Franek, Editor-in-Chief of The Princeton Review helped clear the path for parents and students at Mount Saint Mary Academy during a special guest speaker presentation on March 13th.

How do you build a college list and what are admission officers really looking for from candidates? These questions and more were answered by Mr. Franek during his lively discussion, which was facilitated by Elizabeth Roper (Director of College Counseling). Students and parents from Oratory Prep School also attended.

Ms. Roper stated, “Rob Franek is an expert and provides wonderful insights and advice to students and families on finding the “best fits” for their future. With nearly 4,000 4-year colleges and universities in the US, students have so many options and a lot of information to navigate. Rob provides reassurance and advice, supporting students, families and educators in their college search and considerations regarding academic, personal/social, career, and financial fits.”
