  • ALUMNAE COORDINATOR

    Mount Saint Mary Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated employee (12-month/full-time position) in the role of Alumnae Coordinator.
     
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with alumnae volunteer leadership to plan and execute all alumnae events and initiatives.
    • Maintain and update alumnae’s contact information and specific notes in database.
    • Create content for monthly newsletter as well as annual magazine for alumnae.
    • Coordinate and attend alumnae weddings and rehearsals (approximately 4-10 a year on-site).
    • Build relationships with alumnae and current students; work with class agents.
    • Assist and provide support with various Advancement Department initiatives; attend special events of the Department and the School.
    Qualifications:
    • College degree.
    • Strong written, interpersonal, and creative skills.
    • Experience in development, fund-raising, and/or public relations.
    • Strong technology skills.
    • Organized and keen attention to detail.
    • Teamwork and flexibility.
    • Available for occasional evening/weekend events.
